The 24x7 FortiCare and FortiGuard Unified Threat Protection (UTP) covers a Hardware Unit, 24x7 Comprehensive Support, Advanced Hardware Replacement (NBD), Firmware and General Upgrades, UTP Services Bundle (Application Control, IPS, AV, Botnet IP/Domain, Mobile Malware Service, Web Filtering, Antispam, FortiSandbox Cloud including Virus Outbreak and Content Disarm & Reconstruct Services) throughout the contract term.

The hardware features a firewall with 10 Gbps, IPS at 1.4 Gbps, NGFW at 1 Gbps, and Threat Protection at 700 Mbps. It includes 10x GE RJ45 ports, consisting of 7x Internal ports, 2x WAN ports, and 1x DMZ port, as well as 128 GB SSD onboard storage. It allows for the management of a maximum of 30 FortiAPs (Total) and 10 FortiAPs (Tunnel).
